Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Organiser
Moving Adventures Media GmbH, headquartered in 80337 Munich, Thalkirchner Str. 58, and Jaguar Land Rover Germany GmbH, Campus Kronberg 7, 61476 Kronberg im Taunus, organize a raffle.  The raffle organized by us is in no way connected to Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is neither a sponsor nor in any way involved in our lottery.  

§ 2 Participation
Participation in the Internet raffle is free of charge and reserved for persons of legal age who have Internet access and an e-mail address. Employees of Moving Adventures Media, Jaguar Land Rover Germany GmbH, and other companies involved in the organization of the raffle are not allowed to participate. By participating in the competition, the present rules of the game are acknowledged and accepted. Any other form of participation is excluded.  

§ 3 Access and duration 
The raffle is only accessible via the Internet or the smartphone application at the following address: www.eoft.eu/adventurer-award. If the raffle or circumstances require it, the Promoter reserves the right to postpone, modify, cancel or renew the raffle. The Promoter cannot be held liable for any of these cases. The competition starts on 05.06.2024 and runs until 09.02.2025 inclusive. The prize will be drawn after the end of the competition. The winner of the trip will be notified by e-mail.  

§ 4 Conditions of participation
Participation in this game is voluntary. Only one participation per person/household is possible.  

§ 5 Principle of the lottery
Participants must take part in the competition between 05.06.2024 and 09.02.2025.

§ 6 Determination of the winner 
The prizes will be raffled among all participants who have confirmed their e-mail.   
The winners will be informed of the prize by e-mail in end of February 2025. The name of the winner can be announced on the Jaguar Land Rover Germany GmbH and EOFT website or on Facebook and Instagram. The winner of the trip must report back to the e-mail address provided by Moving Adventures Medien and Jaguar Land Rover Germany GmbH as contact within 3 weeks after notification of the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.  

§ 7 Prize
Main prize: 1x driving training course at the Land Rover Experience Center in Wülfrath
The prize is not transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.  

§ 8 Transfer of profits
The winner will receive a voucher for the driving training course. The driving training course will be booked directly by the winner after announcement at Land Rover Experience c/o APS GmbH by submitting the voucher. A prize can neither be exchanged for other prizes, other services with the same or lower economic value nor for cash. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. The voucher for the course is valid for three years. A valid driver’s license must be presented on the day of the training course. Jaguar Land Rover Germany GmbH reserves the right, due to force majeure or for reasons beyond its control, to change the type of prize wagered during the course of the competition or to replace the prize with other prizes of equal value. This replacement can neither lead to an exchange nor to a refund. The personal data provided in the context of this competition will be treated confidentially in accordance with the German Data Protection Act (see Data Protection Declaration of Land Rover Experience c/o APS GmbH landrover-experience.de/datenschutz/ and Jaguar Land Rover Germany GmbH https://www.landrover.de/privacy-policy/index.html).  

§ 9 Liability and applicable law 
Legal action is excluded. The liability of Jaguar Land Rover Germany GmbH is limited exclusively to the value of the adventure weekend. Moving Adventures Media and Jaguar Land Rover Germany GmbH cannot be held liable for possible disturbances of the internet or the corresponding links, which occur due to unauthorised access to data or illegal actions, which in turn cause disturbances of the administrative process, security and order of the competition. Moving Adventures Media and Jaguar Land Rover Germany GmbH cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions or loss of e-mails. Furthermore, Moving Adventures Media and Jaguar Land Rover Germany GmbH cannot be held liable for internet overloads, the quality of the equipment of the internet users, nor the quality of the internet connection and resulting delays in transmission. These provisions are written in German. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
